Weekend Celebration for $100,000 Lucky Lotteries Winners
Friday is a day when we prepare ourselves for a hopefully exciting weekend. It began early for a father and daughter in Heathcote, Australia. They received a phone call telling them they’d won a $100,000 Lucky Lotteries prize.
As fate would have it, they were with each other when receiving that magical phone call. Their success came in the Lucky Lotteries draw held on August 9
The daughter explained: “Dad and I have been playing Lucky Lotteries together for years now.” They simply love the “ritual” of going out and buying their ticket together.
Over the moon
The lucky player said that her father “is over the moon at the news.” So excited was he that he had to sit down to compose himself.
With the news of their Lucky Lotteries win coming on a Friday a weekend of celebrations was being planned.
Also winning a $100,000 Lucky Lotteries prize was a male player from Milton. His win came in the July 31 draw and that’s the perfect way to end a month.
His luck was certainly in as he also won a consolation prize that won him another $1,000. He was certainly shocked when told of his win. “No way! That’s unreal!” he shouted and admitted that he was left shaking by the fantastic news.
Another New South Wales man won $200,000 playing Lucky Lotteries with a ticket that didn’t cost him anything.
Boy was I wrong
He’s also a regular lottery player and has always dreamed of such a big win. Initially, he thought the phone call from the lottery company was a prank. “Boy was I wrong,” he said.
The Lucky Lotteries winner added that he needed to “go lie down” after receiving such “amazing news.” Not surprisingly he said: “It’s the best news! You’ve made my day!”
A lot of his winnings will be put towards paying off his mortgage. He’s also looking forward to being able to “live a little more stress-free” and retire earlier than planned.
