A lucky lottery player from Darlington in the North of England has thanked her lucky stars as two days after retiring she won £30,000 on the People’s Postcode Lottery.Jean Bibby’s postcode was drawn as a Street Prize winner in the People’s Postcode Lottery drawing, and she found out earlier this month when lottery ambassador Judie McCourt arrived on her doorstep with a cheque.
