Ms Frank purchased her Lotto 649 ticket for the drawing on July 28^th from a No Frills gas bar in her home town and put it away into her purse without a second thought. She is the eighth winner of $1 million or more in Saskatchewan so far this year, and three other recent million-dollar prizes from recent months have yet to be claimed.
