£120,000 Set For Life Win Came with New Numbers

 It’s a risky business changing your numbers but it can bring dividends. Suzy Fenton from Wakefield in Yorkshire,England, changed her numbers and in the August 1 Set For Life draw won £10,000 a month for a year, a total of £120,,00000

Her usual set of numbers hadn’t been making her dreams come true. Therefore, the 44-year-old decided to change them to 07-11-19-31-47 and the selection won her that great Set For Life prize.

What if I won?

The 44-year-old loves to chat about what would happen if she won a big lottery prize. That’s just what she did with her work colleagues but had no idea that amazing moment had already happened.

Suzy hadn’t checked the results of the Set For Life draw in which she’d won £10,000 a month for a year.  It wasn’t until two days after the draw that she finally did so and made her fantastic discovery.

The customer services administrator has been with her partner for 25 years. Telling him of their win wasn’t easy as he thought she was joking.

Spare funds

It’s only because Suzy had some spare funds in her National Lottery account that a ticket had been purchased. Then came that decision to ditch her not very lucky numbers and replace them with some that “I felt were lucky to me and close to my heart.” Those included birthdays and favourite numbers of hers.

Now the Set For Life winner will pay off her bills and visit friends she has in Canada and Texas. Those were befriended online and she has never met them.

Suzy suffered a serious back injury in a car accident 20 years ago. She’s still in pain and this windfall will help her go part-time at work in the future which would be “massive” for her.
