A spokesperson for the Lottery said: "We're desperate to find this mystery ticket-holder and unite them with their winnings, which could really make a huge difference to somebody's life.”They enlisted the help of a town crier to make some real noise and spread the word in the Neath Port Talbot area. We’re guessing the residents were a little surprised to see the town crier, David Craner, adorned with tinsel and a Santa hat as well as his traditional uniform. It was hoped his very Christmassy attire would jog memories of last Christmas, and the EuroMillions winner would come forward."We hope our festive town crier will help spread the word throughout Neath Port Talbot, and encourage people to look anywhere a missing ticket could be hiding.
