Massive EuroMillions Jackpots this Week

Few things in life can be guaranteed. However, we do know that on Friday April 29, the EuroMillions jackpot will be at least €130million.

Friday is scheduled to see the second EuroMillions Superdraw of 2022 take place. The draw will see the jackpot enhanced to €130million or will it? That might not be the case though as the EuroMillions jackpot has been rather elusive of late. The jackpot hasn’t been won since March 18. That draw saw two lucky tickets sold in France and Spain both win €26.8million.

There have been ten EuroMillions draws held since then and all have ended in a rollover. Friday’s jackpot was €125.4million (£105million) but again there was no jackpot winner.

€137million jackpot tomorrow

Now we reach a very interesting situation indeed. Tomorrow’s EuroMillions jackpot stands at €137million (£114million) and that’s already higher than the €130million that is the top prize in Friday’s Superdraw.

All of which means we are going to have a massive EuroMillions jackpot on Friday April 29, but just how large will it be?  If Tuesday’s draw fails to produce a jackpot winner, then we can expect a top prize of nearly €150million (£123million).

Buying a ticket from Lottery24 for the EuroMillions draws this week is definitely a good idea. What if tomorrow’s draw does end in a rollover? If that is the case, then the EuroMillions Superdraw will have to be cancelled as its jackpot will be a lower amount.

There is a precedent for this, and it happened in June 2014. A EuroMillions Superdraw was scheduled to take place on June 6 and in those days, the enhanced jackpot was only €100million. However, like in 2022, there had been a series of rollovers taking the jackpot to €105million, so the Superdraw was cancelled.

Two massive wins?

If Tuesday’s EuroMillions draw does produce a jackpot win, we could be in for an amazing week. The Superdraw will go ahead and if that gets won on April 29, that’d be two €100million plus winners in the space of just four days!
