Samantha Jean and Paul Scanlon are both celebrating being a Massachusetts scratch-off winner. Now they can’t wait to start spending their fantastic windfalls.The Diamond 9’s scratchcard turned Samantha Jean from Orange, Massachusetts into a millionaire.
