Maryland Lottery millionaire still a mystery
The Maryland Lottery is still looking for the holder of a winning $1 million Mega Millions ticket which expires on Christmas day.

Somebody in Maryland bought their Mega Millions ticket for the June 26 draw from a Tantallon Exxon store in Fort Washington. The lucky ticket went on the win them $1 million. However, they haven’t yet claimed their big prize and time is running out for them to do so.
The Clock is ticking for Maryland Lottery winner
As per Maryland Lottery rules, the Mega Millions winner has six months to claim their prize. That means that the ticket will expire on December 25, Christmas Day. The winning numbers in the June 26 drawing were 17, 25, 29, 39 and 60, and the Mega Ball was 19. The unclaimed ticket matched all those numbers except for the Mega Ball to make their ticket worth a million dollars.Lottery
officials have called upon Mega Millions players to double check their tickets in case they are the winner without even knowing. To claim the prize, they’ll need to visit the Maryland Lottery Customer Resource Centre in Baltimore before 4.15pm on Monday, December 24. As the deadline to claim the prize is on Christmas Day, the Resource Centre will be closed for the holiday.
