Double lottery luck for a Michigan man led to a huge $4 million scratch off jackpot.After winning $30 on a lottery scratch off ticket, the Michigan man went back for another. His lucky feeling following the win resulted in him winning a massive $4 million.

A series of small wins

Adam Hansell from Sault Ste Marie in Michigan said that he had a series of winning tickets which led to his double lottery luck. “I’d bought a couple of tickets, and kept winning small amounts,” the 24-year-old explained. “I bought a $30 ticket and won my money back, so I decided to try the $4,000,000 Winner.”That final scratch off ticket won him the jackpot prize of $4 million. “I scratched the ticket off in the store and was stunned when I saw I had a $4 million winner,” the lottery millionaire exclaimed. “I paced around the store for about two hours so my nerves were settled and I could drive home.”

Set for the future

The winning scratch off ticket was purchased from a Holiday gas station on the I-75 in Sault Ste Marie. Mr Hansell took his jackpot prize as a one-time payment which was worth $2.5 million after taxes were withdrawn. He told lottery officials that he plans to use his windfall to buy himself a house and pay college tuition fees.Most importantly, however, the lucky lottery player plans to use his newfound wealth to provide for his family. “I have a young son, and this means I will be able to provide a better life for him. That means everything to me,” he added.
