Just Two Days to the €130 million (£110 million) EuroMillions Superdraw

Have you bought a ticket for this Friday’s €130 million (£110 million) EuroMillions Superdraw? Perhaps like a recent winner from Belgium you will become a multi-millionaire.

It was on September 6 that  a ticket sold in Belgium won a fantastic €149 million jackpot.  It was the third-highest win for Belgium in EuroMillions history. Now the woman who bought the winning ticket has come forward to claim their prize.

A Belgian National Lottery spokesperson said the winner had contacted them but had no idea that they had won €149 million.

Let fate decide

The lucky winner has asked to remain anonymous and few details have been made public about her. We do know that she is not a regular player and only plays when there is a large jackpot on the line. Her method is to buy a Lucky Dip ticket and then “let fate decide.”

How will her EuroMillions jackpot be spent?  The delighted player is going to take some time to decide that but says she will use some of it to provide her family with “greater financial security.” A new car is going to be purchased and that will allow her to “regan a certain amount of freedom again.”  Going back to college is also being planned.

Now the clock is counting down to Friday’s EuroMillions Superdraw. Could a ticket bought from Lottery24 be the one that wins the €130 million (£110 million) jackpot?  

A EuroMillions Superdraw is being held in September for the fifth year in a row. Only once in recent years has it resulted in the top prize being  won. That was last year when a ticket sold in France scooped the €130 million jackpot.

That was the second time a French ticket won a September EuroMillions Superdraw. The only other Superdraw jackpot success in September was won by Spain..

This is the fourth EuroMillions Superdraw held this year. Only the one held in March saw the jackpot won on the night with Spain being the successful country. Hopefully, we’ll have another winner on Friday.
