FREE LUCKY DIP TURNS OUT TO BE £1M EUROMILLIONS WIN

Catherine and Ciaran Kidd from Co. Derry in Ireland are certainly lucky when it comes to playing the lottery. They had a big win in 2015 and now exactly two years later, they’ve won £1m via the EuroMillions UK Millionaire Maker in the November 7 draw.Their previous win was a tidy sum of 20,000 in the Lotto Millionaire Raffle. Now they have struck lucky again, but this time become lottery millionaires thanks to the EuroMillions draw. They still have to catch up the Fry family from Scotland who have won three £1m prizes playing EuroMillions. The lucky couple have four children who are aged between two and ten. They received their winners cheque at the Greenville Hotel in Cookstown, where they celebrated their wedding 12 years ago.Catherine plays lottery games online so didn’t even get to touch her winning EuroMillions ticket just like Mr P from Bristol, England, who also won £1m playing EuroMillions online. While at work she received an email telling her of a EuroMillions win. Initially she just thought it was a free lucky dip but “couldn’t settle with the suspense until I found out,” so called her husband and asked him to check the email. It might not have been such bad news if the win had just been a free lucky dip, a player in New Zealand won a $1m New Zealand Powerball prize with a free ticket he’d won. The same happened to Averil and Gerald Cook in Canada and they won a $5m Lotto 6/49 windfall.Ciarian got back in touch and revealed they were lottery millionaires but his wife thought he might be joking so contacted Camelot. Once she had received confirmation of their EuroMillions win, she went back to work. The lucky winner found it difficult to concentrate as she thought her “heart was going to burst out of my chest.”When she got back home, the couple gave each other a big hug but still couldn’t really believe their big EuroMlllions win. “It was, and still is, totally surreal,” said Catherine. A woman from Dublin in Ireland felt the same when thinking she’d won €20,000 and it turned out to be a €200,000 National Lottery scratch card win.The couple have no big plans yet for their EuroMillions win but say they are looking forward to an “extra special" family Christmas. For your chance to win with your favourite international lottery, play now at Lottery24.com!
