EuroMillions Superdraw on February 4th

Stop everything right now and get your diaries out. Now go to the date Friday February 4^th because that’s when you could become a multi-millionaire. It’s been announced that the first €130 million (approximately £110 million) EuroMillions Superdraw of the year will take place on that date.

This is the fourth successive year that a EuroMillions Superdraw has been held in the first week of February. The previous three have produced two rollovers but in 2020, a Spanish ticket won the €130 million jackpot. Could a ticket purchased from Lottery24 win you the top prize?

Another record on the way?

Last year’s February EuroMillions Superdraw didn’t produce a winner. The draw kept rolling over until a ticket sold in Switzerland won a record €210 million (CHF230.2 million). That record wasn’t to last too long though.

The EuroMillions Superdraw held in June 2021 saw the jackpot won by a ticket sold in the UK. The road to a new record win began with the September Superdraw. That rolled over and the new jackpot cap of €220 million was reached. A ticket sold in France won that record amount in the draw held on October 15.

December saw the final EuroMillions Superdraw of 2021 held. Again, there was a rollover, but the very next draw saw a €143.4 million win for a ticket sold in Spain.

Now a new year brings us the first EuroMillions Superdraw of 2022. The enhanced jackpot is achieved by the EuroMillions Reserve Fund. This receives a portion of the prize fund from all regular draws

More French or Spanish success?

Perhaps the EuroMillions Superdraw will see another win for France? The last two EuroMillions draws of 2021 both produced jackpot wins for that country.
