Dream Numbers Wins $30 million Australian Powerball Jackpot

There are so many different ways in which you can choose your lottery numbers. A couple from Point Cook in Melbourne, Australia are celebrating a $30 million Australian Powerball win. They claim that some of their winning numbers came from a dream!

Their ticket was the only one able to match the numbers drawn in the February 27 Australian Powerball draw. It really was a lucky draw for them as they also had 19 division two wins. In total, they won $30,440,758.20.

The couple had no idea they were multi-millionaires until receiving a phone call from the lottery company. It was the husband who took the call and declared: “Jesus! I’ll have to wake my wife up for this!”

He added that the win would be life-changing” for them and was “amazing.” Then the Australian Powerball winner revealed just how their winning selection had been chosen.

“I had a dream about these numbers – 1, 7, 11 and 22. There were other numbers, but I didn’t remember them all,” said the shocked winner. A lucky four-leaf clover led to  a Melbourne player winning a $4 million Australian Powerball prize.

The husband said he then started using them for Australian Powerball draws and has been doing so for a few years now. He’d hoped that “they would pay off” and now they most certainly have. American Alonzo Coleman said  the lottery numbers that won him $250,000  came to him in a dream.

It’s not surprising that he said this was “the best call I’ve ever had.” The Australian Powerball winner added that the win has “come at the perfect time” for them. “It just takes the pressure off,” he added.

Enjoy life

Despite having won over $30 million, the self-confessed “low-key” couple plan on continuing to work. “We just want to enjoy life,” said the husband.

The couple will take advice from a financial advisor and plan on making some investments. “We don’t want for much so this means we are well and truly set.”
