Dream Comes True for $600,000 Oz Lotto Winner

Can a dream come true? A man from Victoria in Australia believes they can. He used numbers from a dream he had for the June 3rd Oz Lotto draw and they won him $600,000.

The lucky winner lives in Mentone which is in Melbourne. He has asked to remain anonymous but has spoken about his Oz Lotto success.

His ticket was one of eight that won a division one prize in the Oz Lotto draw. In total he won a fantastic prize of $666,605.06.

It’s all fuzzy!

It was on the morning after the draw that he discovered his big win. The rest of his Sunday was spent trying to come to terms with how much had been won. “It’s a beautiful feeling. I can’t even describe it,” said the delighted player. He added: “I’m still pinching myself. It’s all fuzzy!”

Keeping a winning ticket safe is so important. The Oz Lotto winner joked: “The ticket is sitting in my pocket. It’s not going anywhere!”

The Oz Lotto winner is certainly a patient person. He has been playing the same numbers for over 11 years. Now they have finally produced a big win for him. He must wish he’d had the luck of a man from Gladstone in Queensland. Recently he won a $15 million Oz Lotto prize and said it was the first ticket he’d bought.

What a dream!

It’s unlikely though that his winning numbers were chosen in the way this Mentone residents were. He said that they ame to him in a dream and now his winnings can start to make some dreams come true.

He plans on putting his winnings in the bank for the next six months. His Oz Lotto winnings will help bring forward his retirement.

His winning ticket was purchased from Thrift Park Lotteries in Mentone. It's owned by Carlos Liang who says the big win is “fantastic news.” This is their first division one winning entry since November 2021. He’s now hoping that this is the start of a winning streak for them.
