Double Success for $100,000 Lucky Lotteries Winner

There have been plenty of celebrations in Australia after two $100,000 Lucky Lotteries wins. For one of the winners it was her second success.

Lightning strikes twice

We’d all love to win a big lottery prize but what if it happened twice? That’s what has happened to a woman from Lake Illawarra in New South Wales, Australia with two $100,000 Lucky Lotteries successes.

Her latest win came in the February 18  Lucky Lotteries draw. That came just two years after she won the same amount. A man from Adelaide  had to wait 40 years before his lottery win.

When talking about her latest lottery win, the lucky player admitted: “I’m still in shock.” Then she revealed how winning a $100,000 Lucky Lotteries prize is nothing new to her.

“I won the same prize two years ago! It feels like déjà vu!” said the delighted double winner. Not surprisingly, playing the Lucky Lotteries draw is something she simply has to play.  After all, as she says: “I always think you’ve got to be in it to win it.”

This recent win will allow her to finally buy the dream bathroom. It wasn't a long interview because the rest of her day was going to be spent researching bathroom modelling.

Syndicate success

Also celebrating in New South Wales are a syndicate of eight workmates from Newcastle. They won their $100,000 Lucky Lotteries prize on February 20.

Each week they buy just one lottery ticket. Several games have been played but recently they’ve been playing the Lucky Lotteries draw.  Their leader joked: “It seems like we should’ve been giving it a crack a while ago.”

He was at work when told of their win. He then began shouting the great news to his colleagues, explaining that the office “has completely exploded with excitement” and added: “Everyone’s jumping up and down at their desks.”   Another Lucky Lotteries winner also found out about their win  while at work.

Each syndicate member will receive $12,500. That will help the syndicate leader with the holiday he’d already booked.
