A round of golf can often be entertaining, but it was what happened afterwards that delighted Adelard Savoie from Hanmer in Canada, when he discovered a $100,000 Encore win in the June 28 Lotto 6/49 draw.The lucky winner spends the summer months in northern Ontario and loves playing golf. He re-scanned the Lotto 6/49 ticket and was shocked to see the amount ‘$100,000’. It’s the latest big win in Ontario after Giuseppe di Mambro won a $100,000 Lotto Max Encore prize earlier this month. Also celebrating was Olga Righetti after she scooped $1m playing Lotto 6/49.The happy couple still had to make their way back to their trailer and it was a journey that was described as “surreal “as they wondered to themselves, "did we really win? How is this possible?" Savoie added that he’d wondered for years what it would be like to win a big Lotto 6/49 prize and now he knows.The Lotto 6/49 winners already know how they’ll be spending their winnings. “We are travellers. We live away all winter and make plans as often as possible for the next great adventure".
