£148m EuroMillions winner Adrian Bayford has spent £10,000 on the world’s largest Lady Gaga collection.The 45-year-old has purchased a collection that includes the star’s shoes, costumes and vinyl discs. He now keeps them in cardboard boxes in a garage at his £6m mansion but he has plans for a new home for them.At the time of the EuroMillions win that he shared with his then wife Gillian, he owned a record shop in Haverhill in Suffolk, England. He kept it open after his windfall but had to eventually close it after being deluged with begging letters. Now he’s planning on opening a new shop and this Lady Gaga collection will be one of his main sales features. Earlier this year the EuroMillions winner had some legal problems re a golf buggy crash.A source said: “He’s desperate to get the new shop open so he can have the space back. He’s going to work behind the counter. He really misses it. He’s bored. He’s never been a landowner. He loves just having a natter.”£1.9m UK Lotto winner Alan Rowley from Nottinghamshire, England, spent £100,000 on a wildlife garden. In America, $2m Powerball winner Roger Sherman from Pennsylvania carried on working despite his big win.The dad of two split from his wife Gillian, 43, 15 months after the win. His former wife who won half the EuroMillions jackpot announced plans to remarry. Adrian is due to marry stable-girl Sam Burbridge, 29. He spent £2m of his EuroMillions winnings on equestrian equipment for her.The source added that Bayford is a big Lady Gaga fan and wants his new shop to have the biggest Lady Gaga memorabilia collection in the world. “But I’m not sure he’d admit his love of Gaga to his friends because they’ll mock him.”The new store is due to open in Cambridge and will also sell Madonna costumes, ‘Star Wars’ film props, Oasis and Beatles collections and items from the late David Bowie.
